Budapest and Cluj for IT innovation.

A conference entitled “EIT ICT Labs Outreach:  A New Link Between Budapest and Cluj-Napoca” took place on 29 November at the Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj.

The EIT ICT Labs’ structure and activity, as well as its Outreach Programme were presented to the representatives of the IT sector in Cluj by the Director of the EIT ICT Labs Budapest Associate Partner Group, Zoltán Horváth. Education Manager Zsuzsa Várhalmi presented the Master School of EIT ICT Labs, with the involvement of Frederick Ayala and Dorottya Maksay, two students of the master school. Dorottya Maksay, winner of EIT CH.A.N.G.E. Awards 2013 presented her award winning startup initiative as well. During the event, the Vice-Rector of Babes-Bolyai University, Anna Soós and the Executive Director of Cluj IT Cluster, Andrei Kelemen also delivered a speech.
